Comparative Genomic Integrity Analysis for Engineered Cell Programs

Our analysis pipeline begins with unbiased G-band karyotyping, measuring both donor and treated cells. This method provides valuable insights into genomic structural variants related to editing and cell product expansion. KromaTiD then compares this data to donor cells in our Genomic Integrity Pair-Wise Comparison Report, calculating statistical significance of the differences. For customers needing resolution beyond the ~10 mb provided by G-banding, KromaTiD offers other Genomic Integrity Assays based on our proprietary dGH platform, providing at least two orders of magnitude improved resolution for structural variant detection.  

KromaTiD offers cell-by-cell detection of chromosomal changes, enabling visualization of inversions, deletions, translocations, and complex chromosome aberrations, measuring the impacts of editing throughout development.
